Matthew Garrett Davis

May 24, 1968 – September 10, 2011

Garre was the youngest child of Donna and Will Davis born in Hartford, Connecticut. When very young the family moved to California, living in the Southern area then moving to Northern California.

.

He attended private school until junior high. He was active in 4H raising lambs. He was also the youngest rider in an Equestrian team and was an accomplished rider. He loved all animals and the outdoors; hiking, camping and swimming. He loved his family and looked forward to family reunions.

 .

He is survived by his parents, one sister, two brothers and two nephews.

 .

A celebration of his life will be on Friday, September 23 at 3:00pm at Mountain View Mortuary, 425 Stoker Avenue, Reno, Nevada.

The family requests any donations be to the Humane Society or Nevada Mental Health.
