Eddie Hamlin, a life-long resident of Carson City, passed away August 26, 2010.  Eddie was preceded in death by his parents, Glady and Wallace Hamlin.  He is survived by his wife, Gail; son, Gary Hamlin and wife, Carol; daughters, Cindy Dennison and husband, Jim, Terry Wildes, and Carla Lanning; 9 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; brothers, Jerry and wife, Joyce of Spanish Springs, NV and Ron and wife, Laurie of Carson City, NV;  and sisters, Mildred Robbins of Stagecoach, NV and Katie of Carson City, NV.  Ed retired after 30 years with NDOT.  He enjoyed camping, boating, and hunting.  He was a square dancer with the Capital Cutups for many years.  Ed was also an Air Force Veteran.  There will be a gathering of family and friends on Sunday, September 12, 2010 at Eddie and Gail’s home from 2 – 5 pm.  Arrangements entrusted to Walton’s Chapel of the Valley, Carson City.
